At ProServe Solutions customer support is our number one priority! We provide phone support and onsite support to help ensure the continuity of our customers applications and systems. When you call ProServe you are ensured of receiving experienced and knowledgeable assistance the first time. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our responsiveness and we have recently invested into technology to track customer call response times and call history. We provide phone support 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
In addition to our standard support we also provide customer specific support agreements. With a ProServe Solutions Support Agreement you pay one annual fee for unlimited support calls for the following:
Bug Reporting and Fixes.
Software Patch Installation.
Error Code Fixes.
Procedural Question Assistance.
Basic Usage Questions.
Unlimited Phone Support.
Hung Registers, Terminals, Printers.
